Shipping & Fulfillment Policy
At MetalMachinist, we work with a print-on-demand fulfillment partner with facilities worldwide. This means your items are custom-made for you after an order is placed.

1. Fulfillment Time
It takes 2–5 business days to create your custom products. Over 97% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days, and more than half ship within 3 business days.
  • Note: Fulfillment time is separate from shipping time.

2. Shipping Estimates
Once fulfilled, your order is handed to a carrier. Estimated shipping times depend on your location:
  • USA: 3–4 business days
  • Europe: 6–8 business days
  • Australia: 2–14 business days
  • International: 10–20 business days

3. Where does my order ship from?
We fulfill orders from the nearest available facility to your location to reduce shipping costs and carbon emissions. We have centers in the USA, Canada, Europe, Mexico, Australia, and Japan.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, an additional customs and tax fee may occur.
  • Responsibility: These fees are assessed by your local customs office and are the customer's responsibility.
  • Domestic Orders: Orders fulfilled and shipped within the same country (e.g., US to US) generally do not incur customs duties.

5. Lost or Damaged Items
  • Damaged/Wrong Items: If your order arrives damaged, please email us at metalmachinistt@outlook.com within one week with photos of the product and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
  • Missing Packages: If your tracking says "delivered" but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office first. If the address was correct and the package is truly lost, contact us for assistance.

6. Wrong Address
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the fulfillment facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
